When Parents and Teachers work together, our children shine! Welcome Wanamaker Elementary faculty, staff, parents, guardians, and guests to the School PTO website. . Our Mission as the Parent Teacher Organization at Wanamaker is to promote and encourage communications among parents, teachers, administration and the community both in the school and at home. The PTO sponsors and organizes many school events, which strengthens our community spirit and enhances our children’s educational experience. Our goals are to continue these family and student programs and we look forward to new suggestions for topics and programs of interest that you would like the Wanamaker PTO to be a part of. . We want your comments, ideas, and we welcome your help! . Please check back often for updates and opportunities to volunteer or join us at one of our meetings. PTO Board meetings are held on the 1st Thursday of every month at 6:00 p.m., currently in the school library. We offer childcare as we have in the past. Thank you to all of those that participated in this event. The School earned enough to fund the Field day and requests that the USD 437 did not budget for. If your business post a donation through this site, we say thank you by listing it for 30 days. Please know that your donation is used to make the children of this school’s education and experience the best that we can make it. Oct

25% of funds go straight to school suppliesThank you all, the money earned in the first fundraiser of the year was able to allow each teacher to buy supplies for their class room. When this money was divided into over 40 class rooms and other functions of the school, all teachers stated that it really makes a difference. Some of the crafts and activities that your child learns from and enjoys working with would not have been possible without this token of support from the parents, family and friends from the fundraisers that the students take home. Thank you for giving to your child’s future. Oct 31, parade starting at 2:15pm, with room part following ~2:45pm. Thanks to all of you that helped, or ate at the Chick-fil-A, eat out night. The school earned more than enough to pay for a new camera for the office to use for several functions! Oct
